Terms of Service
Last updated 7 November 2026
These terms apply when you sign up for a Full Flow Digital website plan. By ticking the box at sign-up, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email ank@fullflowdigital.com before you sign up.
1. Plans and fees
We offer two plans. Each has a one-off setup fee, paid when you sign up, and a monthly fee.
- Solo: $119 setup, then $99 a month.
- Team: $239 setup, then $199 a month.
Prices are in Australian dollars. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing section. Work outside your plan, such as extra pages or new features, is quoted in writing before any work starts, and we only go ahead once you agree.
2. Cancelling
There’s no minimum term or lock-in contract. Your plan runs month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
To cancel, go to Manage your plan, enter the email address you signed up with and follow the secure link Stripe sends you. You can also email us and we’ll cancel it for you.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. The setup fee covers the work of designing and building your site.
You can move from Solo to Team at any time.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your monthly fee is charged in advance on the same day each month. We never see or store your full card details.
If a payment fails, we’ll let you know and give you 14 days to update your payment details. If it still isn’t paid after that, we may pause your website until it is.
4. Monthly changes
Your plan includes a set amount of our time each month for changes: up to 30 minutes on Solo and up to 1 hour on Team. Unused time doesn’t carry over to the next month.
Send change requests by email, or by text on Solo. If a request needs more time than your plan includes, we’ll tell you the cost before starting.
5. Design and content guidelines
We keep every website we build to the same standard, so our work stays consistent and appropriate for every client and their customers.
What we can change for you
- Your words: services, prices, opening hours, contact details and news
- Photos you send us of your work, products, premises, vehicles and team
- Your logo, colours and fonts
- New sections, and new pages within your plan
- Reviews, licence numbers, qualifications and certifications
- Icons, patterns, shapes and illustrations of objects, places and buildings
- Forms, buttons, maps, booking links and links to your social media
- Your Google Business Profile details and photos
What we don’t create or publish
- AI-generated images, video or likenesses of people
- Images of people in revealing clothing or suggestive poses
- Content promoting alcohol, gambling, betting or lotteries
- Content promoting pork or pork products
- Offers promoting interest-based loans or finance
- Adult, dating or sexually explicit content
- Content that mocks or disrespects any faith, culture or group of people
If a request falls outside these guidelines, we’ll let you know and suggest an alternative where we can.
6. What you provide
You’re responsible for the information you give us being accurate, including your prices, licence numbers and claims about your business. You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos or text you send us.
We’ll need a few details to build your site. If we’re waiting on content from you, the site may go live with what we have, and we’ll add the rest when it arrives.
7. Ownership
Your domain name and your content (your words, photos and logo) always belong to you. Your domain is registered in your name.
The design and code of your website remain ours, and you have full use of them while your plan is active. If you cancel, you take your domain and content with you, and you can buy a copy of your site’s design and code for a one-off fee that we’ll quote at the time.
8. Showing your website in our marketing
You agree that Full Flow Digital may show the website we create for you as an example of our work. This includes screenshots and recordings of your website, your business name and logo, and a link to your website, on fullflowdigital.com, on our social media and in our sales and marketing materials. This applies while your plan is active and after it ends.
We will never share your private information, your customers’ details or anything you’ve told us in confidence.
9. Calls and text messages (Team plan)
The Team plan includes up to 200 text messages a month across missed-call texts and review requests. Larger or busier businesses that send more are charged 10c for each extra text, added to the next monthly bill. We’ll tell you if you’re regularly going over, so there are no surprises.
The Team plan’s missed-call text-back and review requests send messages on your behalf. By choosing Team, you authorise us to set up call forwarding for missed calls and to send these text messages in your business’s name.
Every message identifies your business and includes a way to opt out. Review requests are only sent to customers you’ve recently done work for. You agree not to ask us to send messages to anyone who hasn’t dealt with your business or who has opted out.
10. Offers made by phone or email
We contact businesses directly when we think we can help. During those conversations we may offer limited-time prices or terms that differ from those shown on our website. Any such offer is only valid once confirmed in writing, and only for the period stated in that confirmation. If you’d rather we didn’t contact you, tell us and we’ll stop.
11. Your rights and the law
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under that law.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change affects your plan, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
